Membership, Billing & Cancellation
Clear terms for monthly and annual memberships, renewals, cancellations, scholarships, and optional services.

The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and any scholarship or promotional terms will be displayed before a parent completes enrollment.
1. Membership Options
Legacy may offer monthly and annual memberships, family memberships, scholarships, and optional enrichment or documentation services. Features and prices are shown on the Membership page and at checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless clearly identified as a one-time purchase, memberships automatically renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. By enrolling, the account holder authorizes the payment processor to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
Legacy will provide renewal disclosures and notices when required by applicable law.
3. Annual Billing
Annual memberships are charged in one payment for the annual term and are priced lower than twelve monthly payments. Annual savings are calculated using the monthly rate displayed at the time of enrollment.
4. Cancellation
Parents may cancel renewal through the account settings or the cancellation method provided at enrollment. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
5. Refunds
Because Legacy provides immediate access to digital curriculum and services, payments are generally nonrefundable after access is granted, except when required by law or when a separate written refund policy displayed at checkout applies.
Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly through the Contact page.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, Legacy or its payment processor may retry the payment and notify the account holder. Access may be limited or suspended until the balance is resolved. Legacy does not promise extended access after a failed payment.
7. Price Changes
Legacy may change prices for future billing periods. Existing members will receive advance notice when required. A price change will not alter a billing period already paid.
8. Membership Changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately, with any prorated amount shown before confirmation. Downgrades ordinarily take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
9. Legacy Family Scholarship
The Legacy Family Scholarship applies only to qualifying Legacy Essential enrollments. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- First child: standard tuition.
- Second child: standard tuition.
- Third child: 50% scholarship on the Legacy Essential membership.
- Fourth child and beyond: 100% scholarship on the Legacy Essential membership.
Eligibility may require that all children remain in the same household account, that paid memberships remain current, and that requested verification be provided. The scholarship does not apply to Legacy Academy, Legacy Family, optional enrichment, one-time purchases, taxes, or third-party fees.
10. Optional Services
Enrichment academies, storage, portfolios, documentation toolkits, or other optional services may have separate prices and terms. One-time purchases do not renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
11. Taxes and Payment Processing
Applicable taxes may be added. Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another provider. The processor’s terms and privacy practices also apply.
